My stomach is growling although I had a great lunch just a couple hours ago (a vegetarian spin on Schnitzel and potato salad with a celeriac Schnitzel). I love those Spanish/Portuguese iceberg salads more than any microgreens - the olive oil and lemon make it (and the wine, and the eating outside...)
